Complete customer profiles
Each customer profile stores everything you need: name, phone number, email address, physical address, and any notes you want to add. You can see at a glance how many jobs they have, when their last visit was, their total spending, and whether they have any outstanding invoices. It is your client book, digitized and searchable.
Detailed job records
This is where Check-in ARTISAN really shines. Every job gets its own profile with the job name, location, type of work, and a description. But the real value is in the details only a field service professional would think to track: preferred contractor notes, site access instructions, recurring issues, special requirements like permit numbers or safety considerations, and relevant contacts on site.
Job history and intervention records at your fingertips
Every time you perform work on a job, the visit is recorded in its history. You can see what work was performed, what materials were used, any notes from the technician, and photos from the site. When the customer calls back asking for the same service as last time, you will know exactly what was done and what it cost.
Smart search and filters
Finding a customer or job takes seconds. Search by name, phone number, job type, or any other field. Filter your database by last visit date to identify clients who have not had service in a while, perfect for sending a friendly reminder or a follow-up offer.
Multiple jobs per customer
Many of your customers have more than one job record. A property management company may have dozens of sites. Check-in ARTISAN handles this naturally: one customer profile can be linked to as many jobs as needed. Book site visits for multiple jobs in the same day, and the invoicing will handle everything correctly.
Import and export
Already have customer data in a spreadsheet or another system? Check-in ARTISAN can import your existing records so you do not have to start from scratch. And if you ever need to export your data, it is always available in standard formats. Your data belongs to you, always.
